Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactI came across this picture and the first things that came to mind was your color usage. Color in a picture should draw you into their world and you portray that so FABULOUSLY. The creature looks proportional and love the effect of the paw touching the water and this trailing mist of blue following it. The wings seem a little dull to me but that's not a major issue.
The background trees look great and the reflection in the water looks amazing. The only major issue I have with this picture that I have to comment on is...your horizon line. It looks wierd having this perfectly straight line cutting across your picture. But other than that both thumbs up!
