Overall, I believe one has to be brave in order to actually pick up such a complex composition and pulling it through. I often saw myself in a dead end and gave up. Kudos for that.

However, something does feel off with the overall composition. My bet lies in the angle and how Ezio relates in perspective to the picture. I cannot pinpoint what exactly is odd about it, yet he does not seem to align right.

Then, Ezio. I believe his upper body is too slim in comparison to his legs. The width of his shoulders are too feminine. I remember him being a true upside-down triangle, a typical mesomorphic man.
Great job on the details of his coat.

The pigeons are too blurry. They look out of place compared to the heavy detail on Ezio's outfit. I believe everything that is so close to the view of the beholder should be more sharp, while only leaving the background unclear.
