I'm actually really busy but this is much more important than studies.
KONY 2012 is a film and campaign by Invisible Children that aims to make Joseph Kony famous, not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice.

It is not like we do not care about the people who are suffering in the world, but we do not know what to do in these situations. Far too often have we done nothing, it ends with people lying dead at our feet with us just watching it happen. That has to end now.
Spread the word. Make a difference.

BEFORE YOU COMMENT: I've seen the critique before I uploaded this. There is ALWAYS two sides of a coin and there is not one organization out there that is flawless. The situation is indeed more complex than we think, but I do not think sitting and being passive about the situation is a good idea either. I do not say we have to support this Invisible Children organization or that is it the greatest solution, it is up to you, but it is worth spreading the word, making the injustice of the world more visable and discussed. This group have at least succeeded bringing everyone's attention to the dilemmas of the world and the question is; if Invisible Children organization isn't the right action then what is? Most of us want a better world, but the even bigger question is. Where do we begin to change the world then? I think the answer for that is ourselves. Starting to engage ourselves in these kinds of discussions and what WE can do as individuals, or solve this kind of situations. Far too many times do we only critique solutions instead of thinking of an alternative way. Instead we just sit and wait for something to happen. If you want something to happen, then start to get out of the door and do something about it whatever it is to spread the word, discuss or other actions. Peace.
